1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using api.cjdms.digital (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
WhatsApp Business API integration & automation
CRM, chatbot, and payment solutions
Support, training & technical consultation (as per chosen plan)
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during registration.
Ensure WhatsApp Business compliance with Meta policies.
Not to use the service for spam, fraud, or prohibited activities.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Pricing & Payments
Subscription fees are based on selected plans.
Payments must be made in advance.
No refunds once services are activated, except where required by law.
Any third-party charges (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Data & Privacy
We respect your data privacy (see Privacy Policy).
User data is used only for service delivery, not for resale.
The platform is not liable for user-generated content shared via WhatsApp.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide services on an “as is” basis.
We are not responsible for business outcomes, delivery failures due to WhatsApp/Meta, or downtime.
Liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 3 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 15 days’ notice.
Breach of policies (spam, illegal activity, payment default) may result in immediate suspension.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by [Applicable Jurisdiction – Bhuj, Gujarat, India] laws.
